Your Role Key responsibilities include: Providing accurate and timely advice to members on employment relations, HR, and legislative compliance. Maintaining a strong customer/member focus with effective communication.Keeping accurate records of member inquiries in the database. Updating EMA publications and managing allocated guides. Summarizing employment cases for the“Employer Bulletin” publication. About You The ideal candidate will have: A qualification in employment law, employment relations, or human resources.A tertiary qualification or knowledge of employment legislation compliance. Previous work experience, preferably in a customer service environment. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and analytical skills. Proficiency in computer and telephone skills, with a customer service focus.Ability to handle complex situations, with lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
