We foster a workplace that is safe, inclusive, and exciting.Job Summary We seek a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our attraction operators, technicians, and customer service staff within our Family Entertainment Center. This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to improve park operations, ensuring a fun, safe, and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a safety mindset, and a passion for customer service, aiming to enhance productivity and operational excellence.Accountabilities Supervise a team of 15-50+ employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer service standards. Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance metrics daily. Conduct regular checks on attractions for safety and efficiency. Train and communicate with Shift Leads and Front Desk Leads to align goals and strategies.Principal Duties and Responsibilities Organize daily operations to maximize productivity across attractions. Implement strategies to improve team performance, safety, and customer service. Promote teamwork and open communication to enhance engagement and satisfaction. Ensure all operations comply with safety standards.Oversee scheduling, inventory, and supplies for smooth operations. Handle special projects, holiday operations, and emergencies as the main point of contact. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on talent development and positive work environment. Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.Passion for hospitality and customer service. Effective time management and task prioritization in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Qualifications and Experience Minimum age of 21 years. High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.At least one year of management or supervisory experience. Experience in Restaurant/Food&Beverage management required. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Ability to work up to 45 hours weekly, including weekends. Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 39 lbs unaided.
