Plumber Wanted– Join a High-Profile Team in Nelson! We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Plumber to join a locally owned and operated business in Nelson. Our client specializes in both residential maintenance and large-scale commercial projects, often working with architectural builds and leading commercial building outfits in the area. As a key member of the team, you'll work on a variety of projects, providing high-quality plumbing and gas fitting services to ensure client satisfaction and the smooth operation of both residential and commercial work.Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently on-site. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Work closely with the team to meet project goals and deadlines. Maintain health and safety standards at all times. Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude, going the extra mile for clients to build lasting relationships and ensure retention.Observe and train apprentices. Skills&Experience Needed: High skill level with experience in both commercial and residential plumbing or maintenance work. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of plumbing standards/legislation. Drain laying and gas tickets would be an advantage, but not necessary. Effective communication and teamwork skills.A positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Own tools required for the role. Current PGDB license. Other Benefits: Van and phone provided for work use. Tool allowance paid. Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM– 5:00 PM.
