Contribute to our supportive mobile community/guild.Create a long-term vision for the Koru team aligned with organizational strategies. Lead engineering best practices, including coding standards, testing, and workflows. Collaborate on technical roadmaps with Principal Engineers and Product Owners. Communicate technical innovations effectively to product teams.Contribute to governance via Guardrails, Guidelines, ADRs, and Tech Radar. Mentor engineers, supporting their career growth. Participate in software delivery, planning, testing, and releases. Manage technical debt with the Technical Product Owner. Drive SLOs for your platform. Candidate requirements:5+ years in relevant development roles. Experience with Agile methodologies preferred. Strong understanding of software principles, architecture, and modern tech. Ability to design scalable, reliable applications. Proven mentoring skills for junior engineers. Effective communication of technical concepts.Strong decision-making skills under pressure. Openness to new tools and methods. Knowledge aligned with Trade Me's technical strategy.
