Kaiako– team leader Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is New Zealand's largest school, providing personalised and authentic learning programmes through distance education for learners from early childhood to NCEA Level 3, including young adult and adult learners. The successful candidate will provide leadership and effective management for their team, playing a key role in maintaining high-quality teaching and learning. Applicants should have an in-depth understanding of Big Picture principles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing a team in the education sector, along with a history of working positively to deliver organisational strategic goals.
