ACG Remuera Early Learning School Auckland Position: Centre Manager (Full-time, Permanent) ACG Remuera is a modern, spacious early childhood centre designed to foster inquiry and play-based learning, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for every child. We are seeking an inspirational centre manager to lead our team of highly qualified early childhood educators, promote the centre's culture, ensure smooth operations, and deliver excellent educational outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Ensure the efficient running of the centre by implementing management policies and meeting statutory requirements. Promote the centre's philosophy and educational aims to staff and parents. Coordinate long-term and daily programmes, monitoring progress. Set the tone for the centre's culture by role modelling good practices and behaviours.Develop strong professional relationships with staff and parents. Exercise responsible judgement in decision-making related to children. Inspire, lead, organise, and oversee professional development of the team. Candidate Requirements: Current teacher registration/certification with relevant early childhood qualification.Leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team to deliver best practice childcare services. Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations, and Code of Ethics. Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and other centre managers.Experience in ensuring the professional running of a centre and delivering a high-quality early childhood curriculum.
