Job Description: About the role Join our dynamic Partner Sales team on Auckland’s vibrant North Shore, where your passion for retail and people will shine. As our Retail Brand Representative , you’ll be the face of the brand in-store, driving engagement, visibility, and sales performance across our retail customer network. You’ll work alongside two well-recognized brands, representing industry leaders and making a real impact in retail.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building relationships, and is excited about growing brand presence through exceptional execution. You’ll influence how our products are represented in-store, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our quality and innovation.Role Responsibilities Champion our brand in-store across the Retail Customer Channel Execute regional call cycles to support merchandising, product positioning, and promotional initiatives Deliver expert product knowledge and training to retail staff Increase product awareness, sales, and category performance through impactful brand representationSecure prime in-store display space and negotiate promotional opportunities Plan and host engaging retail events to elevate customer experience Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business objectives Manage reporting, feedback, and performance insights with attention to detail What you will need: Proven experience in sales, product, or brand representationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; a natural relationship builder Confidence in negotiation and influencing outcomes Highly organized with strong project coordination skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach and results-driven mindset Comfortable working independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and follow-through discipline A passion for learning, growth, and making an impact With a strong desire to develop your career, you will have the skills and experience that set you apart!
