Featuring a comprehensive range of grocery, butchery, deli, bakery, produce, and liquor offerings, this new store aims to serve the Point Chevalier community.Set to open in early September 2025, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of our new store. This role offers a unique chance to shape a store from the ground up, build a high-performing team, and establish a strong local reputation.This position is ideal for an experienced grocer ready for their next career step and possibly aspiring to store ownership. The Role As Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the owner/operator to plan daily operations, uphold high standards, and lead by example. Create and deliver exceptional customer experiences to stand out from competitorsLead and develop our store team, fostering a positive work environment Drive commercial growth by listening to customer feedback Assist in planning and executing the store’s long-term strategy Engage with the community daily to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction What’s in it for you?
