We are looking for a Construction Manager with the ability to balance site and office responsibilities, ensuring projects run smoothly by removing roadblocks for project teams and providing the necessary resources for successful delivery. You will take overall responsibility across multiple projects, providing leadership, mentoring, and development to project managers and quantity surveyors.DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development of methodology and programme for key projects. Support pre-construction activities, including bid or proposal strategies. Oversee and manage projects to meet specifications and budget. Support stakeholders in operational and project-related activities. Provide mentoring and coaching to the project teams.SKILLS&EXPERIENCE Extensive experience in leading and managing teams. Relevant years of experience in commercial construction. Expertise in construction methodologies. Relevant tertiary qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
