This role will join a team that helps to build an even stronger trans-Tasman dairy business with reach across Oceania and beyond.We have three FBNZ operated sites in Takanini, Eltham and Palmerston North, and two central distribution centres in Auckland and Christchurch, with the largest chilled foods network across New Zealand. Our Takanini Site has three manufacturing plants - Beverages, Food and UHT, produces around 240,00 MT of product and has an annual Opex spend of approximately 100 Million.About the opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga We have exciting opportunities for a Shift Manager to join our Beverages Plant in Takaanini where you will lead, motivate and inspire a high performing team. Reporting to the Beverages Plant Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Safely and efficiently delivering highquality products in line with the daily production scheduleContinuously improving the capability of the team Translating business goals into clear direction for your team Ensuring Total Equipment Ownership (TEO) amongst team members Utilising current best approach (CBA) standards to achieve operational excellence Please note that we are recruiting for a Day Shift Manager (working 05:15am - 05:15pm) Operating on a 3-2-2 rotating roster. We are looking for passionate leaders who have the ability to relate to a diverse team and capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will be a results-driven individual who has great problem solving and organisational skills.We want to hear from you if you have: Manufacturing or supply chain experience, ideally FMCG Proven leadership capabilities, including coaching and Health&Safety leadership Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse audiences Tech savvy with good computer skills Experience with continuous improvement methodologies beneficial but not required Are you excited about this opportunity but may only meet some requirements?
