We've been working hard recently to keep things rolling in a tough market, and our efforts are paying off! We have an exciting pipeline of work across a broad spectrum of sectors— large-scale land development, commercial construction, public facilities, and horizontal infrastructure — and we're excited about this opportunity to expand our team.About This Role At ENGEO, we're true consultants. You will be involved in providing geotechnical designs and advising on engineering solutions, as well as leading your own projects, ensuring their successful delivery! You will coordinate internal project teams and work closely with clients and external project teams to provide a high level of service and successful outcomes.You will collaborate with your team to promote and improve our technical expertise, stay updated with industry trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of ENGEO's design methodologies. You will support the development of geotechnical designs, including slope stability, foundation design, ground improvement, and retaining structures. Involved in technical assessments, interpreting geotechnical data, and ensuring high-quality outputs.You will also mentor and support junior colleagues to enhance their technical capabilities, sharing your expertise to strengthen ENGEO's ground engineering services while developing your own skills. Required Experience About you: You have a passion for geotechnical design and problem-solving, pride in producing high-quality solutions that deliver value to clients, and an aptitude for teamwork. A sense of humor and a flexible attitude are highly valued.Our ideal candidate has: 6-10 years' experience in geotechnical engineering consulting Proven project management and reporting skills Expertise in geotechnical analysis and design, including foundation engineering, slope stability, and retaining structures A solutions-focused attitude for practical outcomesGood commercial awareness and understanding of project costs Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, especially roading and transport, is a plus Benefits What’s in it for you?
