Direct Communications Manager– Remediation (12 Month Fixed Term / Secondment) Our marketing team highlight what makes ASB so special, different, and innovative to our customers. We have an exciting opportunity for a Direct Communications Manager role on a 12-month secondment until the end of April 2026.If you love the written word, multi-channel marketing automation and data - we are looking for you. Working within the Brand&Marketing team and along-side our Enterprise Operations team, you'll produce direct communications to customers through a suite of marketing automation channels. Critical to this role will be experience in, and understanding of, best practice direct marketing communications to deliver excellent outcomes to both our customers and ASB. Experience in remediation and/or compliance communications will be a plus.Utilise your data-driven marketing experience and make a difference through designing and delivering exceptional remediation, operational and compliance communications Support and work alongside ASB's wider Remediation team and Enterprise Operations Auckland based at ASB North Wharf location To be successful in the role, you should hold a tertiary qualification in a business-related field such as Marketing or Communications. You will have a solid grasp of data-driven communications, ideally through marketing automation.
