We are on the hunt for a motivated Customer Service Consultant to join our Lower Hutt team. You will be contracted to work between 29 - 32 hours per week across Monday - Saturday but currently rostered to work 29 hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Our team have fun, get s%#t done, work hard to exceed expectations and put their all into everything that they do – and we’ll expect that of you too.What you’ll be doing… You’ll carry out our online auction process where you’ll be testing, preparing, and listing goods for sale, communicating with buyers, reconciling payments and managing shipping. You’ll be delivering excellent customer service, assisting with loan applications, valuing itemsused as lending security, determining lending outcomes, and preparing loan contracts.
