Data and Insights Specialist, Auckland

The Key Responsibilities Experience in a similar role within the government or education sector is advantageous. Manipulate and translate data from multiple sources into meaningful business insights.Work with complex data sets across various systems and tools. Provide accurate reports to support planning and decision-making. Implement continuous improvement practices, such as automating regular reports. Develop and maintain relationships across the organization critical to success. Skills And Experience We Are Looking For At least 3 years' experience, preferably in marketing or education environments.Related tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, Power Pivot, and data modeling. Experience working with complex datasets. Proficiency with SQL, PowerBI, and other data analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and inform decisions.Good documentation skills, including process mapping. Excellent relationship management skills. Knowledge of survey and analysis software tools. Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies. Consistently produce high-quality work and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
