This is a key leadership role responsible for the safety, service, and smooth operation of the hotel while most are asleep. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all hotel operations overnight Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any overnight issues Complete and reconcile nightly audit reports Maintain hotel security and respond to emergencies Support the Front Office team and provide hands-on leadership Promote hotel services and upsell where possibleAct as Duty Manager and ensure compliance with hotel policies About You You're proactive, professional, and people-focused. Calm under pressure and confident in your decision-making, you're ready to lead a team and ensure every night ends on a high note. You have an outgoing personality, positive attitude, and loads of initiative.You are creative with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are enthusiastic. You possess outstanding communication skills and are impeccably groomed. You have an outgoing personality and a winning smile! You are able to work autonomously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.You are able to think outside the square. You are able to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays. You are tech-savvy, able to operate MS Office, with OPERA experience preferred.
