As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers across Australia, making sure their orders are processed smoothly, their queries are resolved quickly, and their overall experience with us is exceptional. This is a hands-on/fast passed role where you'll be working across multiple systems and platforms. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team who work together to keep things running smoothly across Australia and New Zealand.What You’ll Be Doing Processing customer orders (manual entry and EDI) for Australia and processing customer orders (manual entry&EDI) for Australia and New Zealand Responding to inbound calls and making outbound follow-ups as part of scheduled call cycles Monitoring and actioning orders and consumer inboxes Supporting with CRM and administration Actioning assigned reports and investigating delivery issues Managing customer portals to action service and quality complaints to ensure prompt resolution internally and externallyPrioritising urgent orders and liaising with couriers, warehouse, and sales teams This is a full-time, Monday to Friday working 10:30am-7pm , based in our East Tamaki office. You'll be joining a tight-knit team who share a love for coffee, collaboration, and delivering great customer outcomes.About You You’ll be a people person with a customer-first mindset. You enjoy solving problems and get satisfaction from helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and bring a calm, confident energy when dealing with customer queries.What You’ll Bring Previous customer service experience is a must Excellent communication and phone skills Organisational skills and the ability to multitask A proactive, solution-focused attitude and good attention to detail Proficient and confident using systems (Microsoft, Outlook etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
