This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. As a key member of the boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, cultivating relationships, driving sales, and conveying the rich heritage and artistry behind every Graff creation.What We’re Looking For Retail Experience: A background in retail sales, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. Client Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, offering personalised service and expert advice.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations and offer tailored recommendations. Jewellery Expertise: Previous experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage, though not essential. A genuine passion for fine jewellery and a desire to learn is key.Visual Merchandising: A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of style to ensure that the showroom consistently reflects the luxurious standards of our brand. Team&Independent Work: Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, displaying flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
