Reporting to the National Credit Manager, this role involves managing all areas of credit control and is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of two years' credit control experience in a medium/large organisation with exposure to branch support functions.What you'll need to succeed: Extensive prior experience in a high-volume credit control and accounts receivable role Excellent interpersonal communication skills Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and initiative Sound analytical and problem solving skills The ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesAdvanced computer literacy Experience with Proprietary Systems (Dynamics 365) preferred Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Your key areas of responsibility will be: Managing all areas of Credit Control of the allocated ledger Maintaining a high volume of outbound calls Actively Reduce&Manage Ageing Debtors Identifying and resolving issues and answering queries Maintenance of Debtor details and Debtor accounts Enter debtor receipts into system, correctly allocating receipts against specific transactions to 100% accuracy Managing direct debits, refunds, credit notes and bad debt write offsApplicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
