Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will lead data-driven initiatives, manage reporting and analytics, and transform complex data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities include:Developing and leading the implementation of a data strategy aligned with divisional business goals. Leading and managing a team, supporting professional development. Ensuring high-quality data transformation and developing reports and dashboards. Monitoring and reporting on key performance drivers with accuracy and timeliness.Enhancing management reports and dashboards following BI standards. Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure accurate reporting and analysis. Promoting safe work practices and supporting HS&E procedures. Conducting financial and operational analyses to support strategic initiatives. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role; tertiary qualification in finance or technology is preferred. Strong business acumen with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Leadership or team management experience is advantageous. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets. Experience with BI data warehousing principles and platforms. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and MS SQL. Ability to simplify complex issues into clear insights.Creative problem-solving skills for complex challenges. Experience in presenting data visually and in writing. Strategic planning and operational management experience. A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
