About The Role As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for managing an assigned business territory, implementing business strategies to ensure achievement of revenue and profit targets by driving sales revenue of all Electrolux brands, categories, and products.You will formulate business strategies aligned with Key Account investments and promotional activities to increase market share, drive volume, and achieve a profitable product mix to meet commercial objectives. Your strategic focus is to drive profitable growth while executing a remarkable consumer experience.What You’ll Do Conduct individual business reviews with Business Owners, Franchisees, Buyers, and Department Managers of our retail partners including Harvey Norman, Noel Leeming, and others. Identify Sales Opportunities. Present and execute the monthly Key Account Management channel plans for each Business Unit to meet commercial objectives.Core Range Reconciliation. Monitor Competitor/market activity for each Business Unit. Provide Product and process training. Manage Inventory, Orders, and claims. Oversee Product maintenance. Maintain Displays. Who You Are You are an energetic, results-driven Territory Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Representative with a background in White Goods, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG industry.Completed studies in Sales, Business, or a related discipline are desirable. Core Competences Business&Financial Acumen - Understands the company's business model and financial health of a customer’s business prior to pursuing potential sales opportunities. Analytical Skills - Able to methodically evaluate evidence or data to determine the best course of action. Win-Win Outcomes - Able to negotiate successfully to close deals with the best price/margin possible, understanding customer objectives.Sales Tools Mastery - Proficient with Cognos, JDE, CRM, or other IT applications, maintaining high data integrity. Market Drivers - Understands external market and industry dynamics that make our products valuable investments for customers. Communication - Can communicate clearly, persuasively, and influence effectively.Collaboration - Values team members' contributions and demonstrates willingness to collaborate for innovative solutions and opportunities.
