As a store manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial growth and fostering a team culture centered around the customer.Role Responsibilities Oversee the store's operations, emphasizing customer experience, colleague development, and commercial growth aligned with our 5-year strategy. Develop a team that embodies our customer promise and actively seeks to delight customers. Coach, train, and develop colleagues, leveraging their strengths and addressing development areas.Recruit Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants who reflect our values and possess the necessary skills. Make commercial decisions regarding stock availability and merchandising. Engage with key stakeholders to gain broader business insights. Provide constructive feedback to the store team and management to promote growth and performance.The Ideal Candidate Passionate about celebrating customers’ life moments. Experience as a store manager in retail, collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Proven leadership and development experience with teams. Ability to work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
