Supporting our regions you'll prospect new clients, develop strong relationships, and deliver tailored technology solutions that meet customer needs and fuel their growth. Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure high customer satisfaction, close profitable deals, and establish One New Zealand as the trusted digital partner of choice for businesses across the country.What you’ll do Drive Sales Growth: Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly sales and revenue targets. Build Strong Relationships: Understand customer needs and deliver tailored technology solutions to foster long-term partnerships. Convert Leads: Generate andconvert qualified leads, ensuring high conversion rates and a healthy sales pipeline.Maximize Customer Retention: Improve customer satisfaction, NPS, and reduce churn through excellent service and relationship management. Close Profitable Deals: Negotiate deals that align with business goals while delivering value to customers. Increase Customer Value: Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue per customer.Network&Build Presence: Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to expand the company’s network and visibility. Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and deliver seamless customer experiences. Track Performance: Report on sales, pipeline, and customer satisfaction metrics, driving accountability and growth.Establish Trust: Position the company as the trusted digital partner of choice by delivering innovative solutions. What will you bring? Experience as a Business Development Manager in the Telco industry or a similar field. Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and influence key partners.Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities that foster trust and collaboration. A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets and understanding customer needs to drive business growth and digital transformation. Attention to detail with strong planning and reporting skills to support strategic decision-making.Self-motivation and initiative, demonstrating leadership in managing your workload efficiently. A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude. Experience in solution selling across multiple markets and channels. Proficiency in CRM software to manage sales activities effectively.
