Job Purpose The Partner Marketing Lead will work with PB Tech’s vendors, suppliers, other partners, and internal teams to identify fresh opportunities to optimise existing vendor marketing activities. You have more than five years of experience in a variety of sales and marketing roles and are comfortable throwing together proposals, discussing ROI, and pitching to anyone you speak to. You have strong communication and relationship management skills and can balance the competing interests of PB Tech’s myriad stakeholders in a nuanced and solution-oriented way. You are excited about coming up with new ways to deliver value to our vendors and developing new campaigns and ideas. You are able to work diligently with theteam when required. You are enthusiastic about sharing PB's value proposition and how we can get products in front of our customers, eager to make this role your own.Duties and Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Work with vendors/partners to identify mutually beneficial marketing opportunities Develop and maintain effective relationships with key vendor marketing contacts Work with product managers to identify opportunities and access vendor marketing fundingPrepare marketing proposals Collaborate with vendors to create suitable marketing campaigns for their products Manage marketing campaign reporting and billing to vendors via vendor portals and through the PB Tech Accounts team Plan, schedule, and execute vendor marketing activities Schedule vendor promotions in the marketing calendarCoordinate with graphic designers to prepare advertising collateral Work with Vendor Commercial team members on the execution of campaigns Schedule and send EDMs using PB Tech email system Market promotions through digital channels including email, social media, SEM, and display advertising Generate reports including vendor campaign resultsIncrease vendor marketing funding received by PB Tech Manage vendor relationships to encourage ongoing utilization of marketing funding Report on vendor funding activity and results Implement strategies to increase vendor funding and diversify PB Tech’s vendor marketing offerings The following attributes would be advantageous:Genuine interest/knowledge of tech and IT Strong creative skills for producing compelling ad copy Experience using email marketing platforms, especially SAP Emarsys Experience with stakeholder management Experience with proposals, monitoring campaigns, and delivering results Relevant tertiary marketing qualificationWhat you'll get An excellent opportunity to join the marketing division of one of NZ’s largest and most successful IT companies with a fantastic culture.
