This role will be based out of our East Tamaki warehouse in Auckland. Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, you will be a key member of the NZ Distribution team, owning and being responsible for the daily planning of orders in order to meet the specified service standards. This involves maintaining the integrity of all inventory records.Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Distribute pick-slips as per agreed order of priority. Determine correct routing of freight to appropriate freight provider as required Investigate any master data issues and organise any updates required Follow up orders that are outstanding that should have been dispatched or are holding up the closure of shipments.Release any requested back orders for picking and dispatch Review daily Released Sales Report for any action required. Investigate any mis-pick or short supplied queries from Customer Services Organise the servicing and consumables for forklifts About You To be successful and to work within the ACCO Brands culture, you need to have a‘can-do ’ attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working independently.We are searching for candidates that have experience in a similar role and are analytical and detail oriented with a process review and improvement approach.
