We collaborate with global partners to introduce innovative, evidence-based treatments to clinicians and patients across Aotearoa, New Zealand.About the Role This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a category-defining product in women’s health. As our Product&Sales Manager, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on national market development, engaging directly with clinicians to drive awareness and adoption. This role blends commercial execution, medical education, and strategic planning—perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, builds trusted professionalrelationships, and wants to champion a meaningful cause.This role will initially start at 24–32 hours per week, with flexibility in work hours for the right person. The position can be remote from anywhere in New Zealand, or hybrid if based in Auckland. Occasional weekend conferences are a vital part of the role, and candidates must be available to attend as needed.Key Responsibilities• Develop and support existing healthcare professionals, while identifying new clinical advocates using target lists and industry intelligence • Build and manage relationships with Endocrinologists, Urologists, Gynaecologists, Sexual Health Physicians, and targeted GPs• Understand clinician and patient needs, tailoring your commercial and educational approach accordingly • Execute the national launch and ongoing commercial strategy for the product • Use CRM tools to manage activity, customer data, and national market reporting • Represent Alchemy Health at key medical conferences and educational events• Maintain strong digital, communication, and analytical skills to drive performance About You You’re commercially savvy, clinically credible, and passionate about improving women’s health. You may be a seasoned pharmaceutical rep, product manager, or clinician looking to move into a commercial role.Additionally, candidates should be adaptable to small business requirements and growth, ensuring they can flexibly respond to changing needs and opportunities. Your energetic and goal-oriented personality will allow you to become a strong player within the company.
