The Delivery Practice is a team which works across all areas ("chapters") of delivery, including Business Analysis, Change Management, Execution (which includes Delivery Leads and Project Management), and Portfolio. These chapters support initiatives right across ASB, helping us work in new ways, and developing outstanding customer experiences through change and transformation.This Delivery Lead position will support the Identity and Integration Platform, which is accountable for delivering strategic systems solutions, enhancements and maintaining the performance, stability&controls. The Delivery Lead plays the key role in overseeing and driving the delivery of the platform (both BAU and change) and also growing the platform team's skills through coaching, mentoring and building capability. It's about leading and enabling people through the "How", keeping them focussed on the "What", unpicking any roadblocks, and being their biggest fan.Key responsibilities include: Deliver Platform outcomes with amazing experiences for our ASB employees and customers Create visibility and transparency of the customer outcomes delivered as a result of multiple streams of interrelated work Set the squads up for success by ensuring they have what they need, managing dependencies, and collaborating with other technical and delivery teamsLead strategic alignment for the team;oversee delivery areas, financial management, risk and controls Engage with senior leaders across ASB (eg Risk, Audit, Business Units, Technology, Strategy etc) to build partnerships A passionate andexperienced professional,you will empower the Squads to take on this challenge and create anenvironment centred onan unbeatable desire to build and develop ASB's Platforms. You will most likely come from a background in delivery and understand the underlying processes that support technical changes within a complex regulatory environment.While experience in data and analytics is beneficial - it is definitely not necessary; rather, your passion for facilitating the delivery process, role modelling and strong project management mindsets. As a Delivery Lead, you will ideally have: A track record of demonstrating our mindsets: ' customer obsession', 'pace over perfection', 'transparency&trust', 'learn it all over know it all' and 'empowered to do'. A breadth of experience at a senior leadership level, including areas such as business efficiency, customer experience, agile transformation, project delivery, governance, strategy, people leadership Wide-ranging business management experience, leading portfolios of people, resources and budgets to deliver successful outcomesDemonstrated technology, business and strategic planning and/or change management experience Ability to build effective relationships, lead and develop high performing teams across functional lines The ability to successfully navigate through complexity, at pace, with a natural ability to manage competing prioritiesHighly developed stakeholder management skills at a senior level cross functionally Proven credibility to drive and influence people and manage significant change with employees at all levels He aha tā mātou | What can we offer?
