Workshop Foreman, Auckland

We are seeking a Workshop Foreman/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Service Team. This role involves supervising and mentoring technicians and apprentices, coordinating work schedules, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.Oversee the service and repair of outboard/inboard engines. Diagnose and resolve complex engine faults. Supervise the installation of engines, hardware, and electrical systems. Mentor and train apprentices and technicians. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant mechanical/assembly experience.Level 4 Trade Certificate/Diploma in a mechanical/automotive field. Proven leadership and supervisory experience. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions Full-time position (40 hours/week, 7:30 am–4:00 pm) with overtime as needed.Located at 7 Paisley Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland. Why Join Us?
