In this role as a Maintenance Supervisor of Transportation, you will: Coordinate and Supervise work of Vehicle Technicians that inspect and repair railroad track structure for compliance with railroad policy and federal/state regulationsPrepare work schedules, assign work and oversee work product. Recommends, develops and implements improvements to productivity, quality and efficiency within vehicle maintenance department. Responsible to manage budget through controlling labor and material expenditures. Promote safety rules and safe work habits among teamPerforms miscellaneous tasks as directed. What you will receive: Salary range: $80K-$90K Hours: Second shift (2 PM-10:30 PM) or Third shift (10PM-6:30 AM) Duration: Direct Hire Job Requirements Requirements At Alstom, we value passion and enthusiasm over experience and don't expect you to possess every skill. License/Certificate as Diesel Mechanic is preferred.
