You will cover a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Administration&Customer Support Preparation and coordination of meetings, venues, meeting agendas, minute taking as required Procuring a range of office items such as PPE, stationery, IT Hardware Generating and setting up monthly and weekly reports, such as the monthly Operations report Monitoring, updating, and managing various systemsSupporting finance and payroll tasks Organise medicals, compliance training and update medical systems Safety compliance No two days are the same and you will love going to work every day! You'll have an exceptional attitude towards your work and be motivated by taking ownership and being accountable for key functions and processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you will draw on your organisational and time management skills.To succeed in this role, you will need: 3-5 years’ experience working in an admin capacity Proficiency with the MS Office suite Knowledge of finance functions such as invoicing etc. (working knowledge of SAP and/or Maximo would be an advantage) Be a team player, who can easily build rapport with othersYou'll also need to be able to work to deadlines and juggle conflicting priorities with ease.
