Work Schedule: Permanent Part-Time Hourly Paid 4 days per week: Thursday to Sunday Thursday and Fridays: Full days (8-10 hours) Saturdays&Sundays: On-call as needed to cover phones&emails and stand-in for Ambassadors on leave The Opportunity As our Administration Support Assistant&Ambassador, you'll be the backbone of our operations four days a week (Thursday to Sunday). You'll enjoy structured office days on Thursdays and Fridays (8-10 hours), handling essential administrative functions, while providing flexible on-call support during weekends to cover phones, emails, and occasionally stepping in for Ambassadors on leave.What You'll Do Your weekdays will be filled with organising the office environment, coordinating team schedules, managing documentation, and supporting client relationships. You'll help maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensure compliance with safety standards, and assist with training new team members.When the weekend comes, you'll be our reliable point of contact, ready to respond to inquiries and provide support where needed. This blend of structured work and flexible duties offers the perfect balance for someone who values variety in their role. About You You're a natural organiser with excellent communication skills and a talent for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Your proficiency with Microsoft Office tools helps you maintain accurate records, while your positive attitude makes you a pleasure to work with. You hold a full New Zealand Class 1 Driver's Licence and take pride in delivering exceptional service. You will have sound geographical knowledge of New Zealand.Experience in administration is preferred, and knowledge of the cleaning industry would be advantageous, though not essential. Most importantly, you share our commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
