We are seeking an inspirational Centre Manager to lead our team of highly qualified early childhood educators, foster the culture, ensure the professional running of the centre and continue to deliver excellent early childhood educational outcomes for the children in this established centre. Our centre is conveniently located in Howick and is easily accessed from the surrounding suburbs as you travel to work or carry out your family errands. Exercise responsible judgement involving decisions related to children Inspire, lead, organise and oversee professional development of the team THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Current teacher registration/certification with relevant early childhood qualification. An inspirational leader with an ability to develop and motivate a team to deliver best practice childcare services Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of EthicsCollaborative approach to working with stakeholders and other Centre Managers in our network Experience ensuring the professional running of a centre and the delivery of a high quality early childhood curriculum SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT Inspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
