Project coordinator, Auckland

We’re seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator or Intermediate-level Project Manager to join our clients team and help drive a business-critical project in an enterprise environment. This is not your typical coordination role — you’ll be embedded with a highly engaged CXO, working closely with internal squads and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.What You'll Be Doing Driving and supporting a Windows 11 migration project across the business Maintaining risk registers and managing mitigation strategies Handling invoicing, vendor coordination, and budget tracking Facilitating effective communication between CXO, technical squads, and external partnersKeeping timelines, documentation, and project artefacts up to date What we’re looking for: A seasoned Project Coordinator or Intermediate PM who enjoys being hands-on Experience in large enterprise environments; Windows 11 migration experience is highly desirable Comfortable managing risks, financials, and vendor relationshipsGreat communication skills and the ability to work closely with executive-level stakeholders Someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments Bonus: We’re also open to someone at Senior PM level who is currently looking for a part-time (50%) opportunity and enjoys being more operational.If you’re ready to get stuck in and make a real impact in a visible project, we’d love to hear from you.
