The role ensures seamless integration of programmatic solutions, enhances the buyer experience, and aligns with LUMO’s business objectives to maximise revenue opportunities.Key Responsibilities Programmatic Platform Development&Management Assist in executing LUMO’s platform strategy and integrating programmatic solutions. Work with technical teams to enhance platform capabilities and resolve issues. Monitor platform performance, optimise campaigns, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with Sales to educate clients on programmatic capabilities.Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners (DSPs, SSPs, ad server and data providers). These include Vistar, Hivestack and Proprietary Platforms. Onboard new partners and manage technical integrations to enhance offerings. Resolve technical and operational issues promptly with partners.Optimise partner strategies to improve efficiency and revenue outcomes. Audience Targeting&Insights Use tools like LENS Analytics and Scope3 to extract audience insights for campaign optimisation. Develop audience targeting packs and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders. Revenue&Yield Optimisation Analyse platform performance to improve inventory yield and pricing strategies. Identify new revenue opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team. Support programmatic deal setups and campaign delivery. Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation for programmatic revenue.Team Engagement&Leadership Develop training sessions on programmatic platforms for internal teams and clients. Share updates on market trends and programmatic developments with stakeholders. Operational Support Manage daily programmatic campaign execution and monitor performance. Streamline workflow processes in collaboration with Operations.Provide first-line support for platform or partnership-related issues. Reporting&Analytics Generate regular reports on platform performance and campaign outcomes. Monitor KPIs and provide insights for further development of platform strategies. Previous Experience Necessary: Experience with Omnichannel or DOOH DSPs/SSPs and ad servers (e.g., Hivestack, Vistar). Previous Sales or Client Facing experience in current or previous roles.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Canva and PowerPoint. Data analysis and reporting expertise.
