Our diverse team spans over 20 countries, and we pride ourselves on our inclusivity and global presence.About The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions to meet the needs of our internal and external customers. Your duties will include development, documentation, testing, mentoring team members, managing technical debt, and supporting stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering to facilitate effective scrum refinements. Create technical implementation plans and obtain approval from product, development leads, and solution architects. Identify all activities and dependencies during planning. Develop solutions that meet defined expectations.Ensure security and compliance with relevant certifications. Deliver features with no production defects. Design solutions for scalability and performance in production. Understand SLAs and provide remediation for production issues to meet obligations. Ensure solutions meet quality standards in testing and support phases.Act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders and the development team. Implement automated solutions to uphold high code quality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications Essential: Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology. At least 5 years of software development experience in a similar role.Proven track record of delivering features. Effective collaboration with stakeholders such as Product Owners, Architects, Leads, and QA teams. Experience with production support. Experience with: SPA frameworks RESTful API frameworks Node.js Micro-frontend architecture TypescriptAngular / React Relational SQL databases NoSQL databases UI automation frameworks and libraries Git Understanding of CI/CD, Cloud Computing, Containerization, etc. Advanced Knowledge in: Asynchronous programming techniques. Modular, maintainable, and testable code patterns.Secure coding practices. Dependency management to prevent vulnerabilities. Branching models aligned with deployment and support policies. No restrictions on travel.
