You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth experience for our export and bulk customers. From handling inquiries and processing orders to coordinating shipments and liaising with logistics providers, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.About the Role: Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Provide support to sales representatives, process customer orders, and prepare quotes.
