We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedDelivery Manager lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic and tactical workstreams within our Ticketing Programme. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our ticketing solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Programme Management:Oversee the maintenance and delivery of the prioritised BAU Ticketing Backlog and agreed delivery roadmap. Risk Management:Actively manage risks, contracts, and budgets associated with the programme of work. Stakeholder Engagement:Liaise with vendors, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.Governance:Ensure all project and programme-level reporting is completed on time and to the required standard. We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager who is outcome driven, organised and resilient with excellent communication skills adept at navigating political terrain. We will also be looking for;A strong understanding and appreciation of the workings and functions of Local Government or complex organisations, including current and future business drivers and statutory requirements Ability to demonstrate a disciplined approach to managing a significant budget At least15 years' experience in programme management in an IT environmentA relevant tertiary qualification or substantial relevant business and industry experience Finally, knowledge of ticketing systems and/or payment industry would be highly advantageous With high EQ, you will be flexible, confident and thrive under pressure.
