From our humble beginnings as a motoring enthusiast's club, the New Zealand AA (Automobile Association) has grown into a large, dynamic organisation offering many services and products to more than a million Members.As we continue this growth journey, we have a number of opportunities available for part-time (30 hours per week) Customer Care Associates to join our team. We have a range of rosters available, but all require the commitment to work one weekend day. You'll work 30 hours per week, with earliest roster starts at 8am and latest finishes at 10pm.What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga Our Customer Care teams are a crucial part of the services AA offers, orchestrating roadside assistance and peace of mind for New Zealand road users every day. You could be dealing with AA Membership enquiries or roadside assistance for our members or Business-to-Business partners. You will directly assist in mobilising our members, creating solutions, sharing expertise, and thinking quickly to keep New Zealand moving.About You | Mōu A natural communicator, your efforts will not only reward you but will genuinely help others who are in need of professional, friendly, and efficient service.
