Description
Jump in and help out the busy HR team of this large, complex organisation in this HR analyst role, filling in while they recruit permanently. This contract is for an immediate start. What you’ll be involved in Reporting to the HRIS Manager, and with close links to the wider HR team, you’ll enjoy the variety of this role. You’ll use the HRIS and run reports on all aspects of HR metrics, from long service to retention to hires/departures and parental leave. Key projects you’ll play a part in include the IEA rem round and a rem strategy project. There are templates in place and people in the team to give clear direction on what is required.Skills and experience you’ll bring High attention to detail and a flexible approach are your keys to success! You aren’t afraid to ask questions and are a team player. You have 3+years experience as an HR Analyst, ideally having gained your experience in large organisations. A background in payroll would be an advantage. It’s essential you have strong experience working with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors or Workday.Great things about this role you should know You’ll be part of a close-knit HR team who support each other and collaborate. It’s an exciting time to join the organisation, with plenty of projects underway.
