You will design and build software beyond routine feature work—projects supporting real-world customers and contributing to the systems shaping tomorrow’s internet. If you are ready to work on real problems with real impact, and help lay the groundwork for what comes next, we would like to hear from you.Role Responsibilities: Active participation in all aspects of software solution design, including code structure, deployment architecture, DevOps, automated testing, and integration of third-party systems. Collaborating with client stakeholders and with fellow Propellerhead Developers, Analysts, and Solution Architects, to create a shared understanding of the solution design and roadmap delivery in line with agreed budgets.Constructing software at every layer of the stack, from user interfaces, back-end services, data repositories, interoperability, infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, automated testing, and system monitoring. Providing second-line support for the systems you build and actively seeking ways to keep your software secure, performant, and reliable.Passing on your learning of new technologies or techniques to the broader organization as part of our knowledge sharing program. Skills and Experience Required: 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer. Experience in C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, React or similar front-end frameworks.Hands-on experience deploying to Azure and/or AWS. Preferably some experience with message-based architecture. Experience with Go, Rust, Kubernetes, and/or Terraform/Bicep. Experience with Agile and Continuous Delivery principles. Demonstrable experience in software design for architecture with separate but interdependent components.You can produce clear and concise design documents. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate requirements into technical tasks.
