This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious car brand while supporting both reception and sales functions. Handle all incoming calls, route them to the right department, and assist where needed. Maintain dealership cleanliness, including café and kitchen areas. Process paperwork accurately and on time, including vehicle sales agreements, invoices, and service documents.Support Sales and Service teams with administrative tasks, such as processing timecards, purchase orders, and registration documents. Manage Health&Safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment for all. Skills&Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role. Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour. High computer literacy with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
