Responsibilities: Meet individual sales plans by building strong customer relationships and executing the Tiffany Touch with high standards of service. Assist customers with merchandise using consultative and strategic selling skills.Cultivate personalized customer interactions. Achieve high client repeat rates through effective practices. Maintain and embody luxury standards in presentation and behavior. Handle customer issues and complaints effectively. Support the store team in initiatives and overall store success.Ensure health, safety, and welfare at work are maintained according to safety protocols. Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve sales goals. Experience: At least two years of retail experience, preferably in jewelry. Proven expert selling skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service ethics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, and CRM systems. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in luxury retail and senior sales roles preferred. Gemology Certificate/Diploma is a plus.
