You will play a key role in managing and administering internal and external audit programs and certifications for Ceres and contracted manufacturers, ensuring our products meet all relevant external standards (e.g., IBD fair trade, Coeliac Society, BioGro). This is an exciting time to join as we continue to grow in both NZ and AU markets.Responsibilities include: Manage relationships with auditing bodies and regulatory agencies, staying updated on legislation and regulations. Oversee BioGro registrations, submissions, and approvals, ensuring compliance with organic standards. Develop and maintain an effective document control process aligned with 5S principles for efficient storage and retrieval, supporting continuous improvement.Collaborate with the Operations Manager to review and implement strategic changes. Skills and experience: 3+ years in a similar role. Understanding of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Organic certification/regulations. Experience in F&B manufacturing.
