Senior Client Services Officer, Auckland

They also pride themselves on their inclusive culture that celebrates diversity.Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Client Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Services Director in establishing new entities and maintaining the trust and company database. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing your own client portfolio, preparing various legal documents, administering bank account movements, ensuring all necessary documentation is collated and filed, adhering to New Zealand regulatory law and practice, and participating in key projects. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service.Manage your own client portfolio Prepare trustee, company and partnership resolutions, deeds, share transfer forms, loans, contracts Administer invoice payments, distributions, loans, private equity investment&bank account movements Ensure all appropriate structure documentation is collated and filed Adhere to New Zealand regulatory law and practice including completing internal compliance forms and documentation Participate in Key Projects Key Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will bring a wealth of experience in Trust Administration. You should have at least 3 years of experience in this field and preferably hold a STEP certificate in International Trust Management. An accounting or legal background would be advantageous. You must be able to manage your workload independently and have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
