We are seeking an experienced Operations Transformation Consultant to join our high-performing Operations division.Mo te tūranga | About the role: This pivotal role will initially focus on expanding workforce management across Enterprise Operations, enhancing our ability to manage work and transforming the strategic value of Operations. As a senior transformation consultant, you may lead initiatives to improve operational practices, reimagine operating models, and embed continuous improvement, helping our workforce deliver better outcomes for customers daily.Your responsibilities will include: Coaching leaders in operational excellence, workforce management methodologies, frameworks, and standards. Leading strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and risk management. Driving innovation and digital enablement in workforce processes.Designing and implementing sustainable solutions that embed change into daily operations. Influencing stakeholders at all levels to champion best practices and embrace transformation. Managing operational risks and compliance through effective planning and controls. Providing clear, data-driven reporting to support decision-making.Leading capability uplift initiatives across Operations teams. Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful? 8+ years' experience in Operations within banking, financial services, or shared services. Strong workforce management experience, preferably with ActiveOps Management (AOM).A proven track record of leading transformation or workforce management initiatives with measurable results. Expertise in change management, lean six sigma, agile, or human-centered design. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders from frontline to executive levels. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.A growth mindset with a passion for challenging norms and improving work practices. Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in numerical analysis. Preferably a degree in business, operations, or related fields.
