Trade Counter Representative, Auckland

Connect Security Products is a division of Dicker Data and is one of the largest distributors of security products in New Zealand. We are looking for a Trade Counter Representative to join our team. Ideally, you will be an experienced alarm technician keen to get off the tools and move to an office-based role to support and advise our customers.This position will ideally suit an enthusiastic customer-orientated individual who enjoys variation in their role, is self-motivated, and has a "do-whatever-it-takes" attitude. Areas of responsibility: Estimate, present, and provide technical support and basic training on our product range to customers and colleagues.Customer Service (trade counter, telephone, and online support) Picking, packing, and dispatching orders, as well as Office and warehouse administration, including stock management. We are looking for an ambitious, conscientious, person with initiative and a passion for technology.(ideally with experience in the installation/servicing of r alarm systems, and/or CCTV systems)You will enjoy being part of a vibrant, high-performing team, and ideally have or be: Outstanding problem-solving and well-presented with customer service skills. Well-organised, structured, and comfortable working unsupervised.
