You will help us rise to the challenges of enriching the lives of society’s most vulnerable.We have a permanent part-time position, requiring you to work Monday through Sunday (AM - 7.00am- 1.00pm and PM shifts - 3.00pm - 9.00pm) on a rotating roster, averaging 25 hours per week (154 hours over a 6-week cycle) . As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will be encouraged to develop deeper relationships with residents and their families, delivering the highest quality person-first care in line with their individual care plans.Where You Will Make an Impact Provide personal care assistance with daily living, treating residents with respect and dignity. Assist with mobility in accordance with resident care plans. Maintain accurate healthcare documentation as required. Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities.Contribute to a positive, safe, and homely environment for residents, visitors, and staff. What About You An NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate Level 2-4 is preferred. Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience within aged care. Genuine enthusiasm, dedication to care, and passion for enriching the lives of the elderly.Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
