What's in it for you:· Competitive hourly rate: $30 - $35 (based on experience)· Opportunities to gain both soft and hard landscaping experience· Permanent opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:· Lead and manage on-site landscape crews· Interpret and work from landscape plans and technical drawings· Oversee installation of both hardscape (retaining walls, paving) and softscape (planting, turf, irrigation) features· Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards· Ensure all work is completed to a high professional standardWhat We're Looking For:· Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role· Strong landscaping skills including paving, decking, retaining walls, planting, and general site works· Ability to confidently read and understand landscape and construction drawings· Skilled excavator/digger operator· Full NZ driver's licence (manual capable)· Physically fit and comfortable working outdoorsReady to Apply?
