This role plays a pivotal part in enabling our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Sales Leaders to perform at their best by delivering accurate sales data, managing rep systems and tools, and coordinating national sales events. You'll be the engine room behind the scenes—analysing reports, improving processes, and ensuring the sales team has what they need to succeed in the field.This is apermanentpart-time role where you will work 30 hours a week. What you'll do Reporting&Data Management Run weekly, monthly, and YTD sales reports using IQVIA, MS, and BI dashboards. Prepare NPD tracking reports and identify performance gaps and opportunities. Support brand review reporting and effectiveness reviews (e.g., Healthfix). Maintain sales systems including Sugar CRM, Ordering App, Stellar, and reporting tools.Coordinate onboarding of new sales reps and manage induction tools and kits. Partner with Marketing to support POS, deal sheets, and promotional resources. Coordinate courier packs, trade events, and national sales conferences. Maintain market intel files and internal resource libraries. Raise purchase orders and review BDM expenses.Support budget tracking for internal and external events. What you'll bring Experienced professional: Three years + in a sales support or sales operations role with a focus on events, onboarding, or sales enablement initiatives Tech savvy: Strong Excel skills and experience using BI tools and CRM systems.Data driven: Proven ability to manage reporting dashboards and interpret sales data.
