Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job Description The Chef de Partie (Bakery) oversees the bakery section, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality baked goods. Responsibilities include preparation, baking, finishing, plating of bread, pastries, and other bakery items. The CDP maintains hygiene and safety standards, supports junior staff, and contributes to new product development.Prepare, bake, and finish bakery products including breads, viennoiseries, cakes, tarts, and specialty items. Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients and baked goods. Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to meet daily demands. Supervise and train Commis Chefs in bakery techniques and hygiene practices.Ensure section cleanliness and compliance with all food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP). Collaborate with the Head Baker and Sous Chef to develop new recipes and seasonal items. Monitor quality control to maintain flavor, texture, and presentation standards. Ensure timely execution of orders for retail, catering, or events.Assist in stock rotation and daily ingredient ordering. Qualifications Proven experience (2–4 years) in a bakery or pastry kitchen. Culinary or bakery certification from a recognized institute is preferred. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, fermentation, dough handling, and pastry skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work well with team members.
