This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of a defined territory and use data-driven insights to deliver commercial growth across Douglas' portfolio of market-leading brands. You'll work consultatively with pharmacy owners and managers, developing joint business plans and unlocking opportunities in category expansion, pricing strategy, and retail execution.You'll be equally comfortable negotiating shelf space as you are training retail staff or interpreting market data. This role combines using a Consultative Sales strategy , field execution, and customer engagement—all critical to accelerating Douglas' share in high-value retail segments. What you'll doStrategic Customer Partnerships Build and maintain commercial partnerships with pharmacy owners and store managers. Conduct joint business meetings with clear KPIs and growth objectives. Align customer strategies to IQVIA data segmentation and territory performance insights. Brand Advocacy&Category Development Deliver in-store training on product benefits and sales techniques. Influence ranging, shelf placement, and campaign implementation. Support educational events and consumer engagement initiatives. Drive sell-in and sell-through strategies across Douglas' full brand portfolio.Lead NPD execution, promotional bundles, and seasonal activity. Negotiate pricing, promotional visibility, and planogram improvements. Analyse competitor activity, market share, and category performance. Use data insights to recommend pricing, merchandising, and promotional levers. Operational SupportMaintain CRM data, submit reports via IRIS, and manage expenses. Support onboarding of new sales staff and contribute to sales cycle meetings. What you'll bring Qualified: Tertiary education in Health, Business, or Science is preferred, with a current full driver's licence. Experienced professional: Five + years in pharmacy or consumer healthcare sales with a proven record of building long-term, profitable customer relationships. Strong negotiation and category management experience in FMCG or healthcare.Strategic and customer service focused: A strategic and commercially minded professional, confident in communication and influence, with a customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven approach, combined with strong organisation, resilience, and the motivation to work independently.
